The National Disaster Management Organization says good measures will be put in place to ensure life is comfortable for residents of Apiate at the Dumase camp.
According to the NADMO coordinator Mr Afful, this can only be achieved if the residents comply with the laid down rules and regulations brought in by the coordinator for Prestea Huni- valley.
Speaking to Tv3, Mr Afful said ‘’government of the people, by the people and for the people. The place is not for me only, I am not going to create a conducive place for them, they have to help us to create that environment and with the help of security and the committee, the MCE will sit down with the community leaders and recruit measures, rules and regulations, we will make sure is working here.
“We are not going to say they are victims, so rules will not work here, we are going to make sure all fundamental rules here are followed, the security will help us to overcome any problem that will come out’’ he further added.
