The police administration has interdicted Daniel Agbavor the police guard to the Member of Parliament for Madina Hon, Francis Xavier Sosu.
The police guard Agbavor is interdicted for allegedly aiding Hon. Sosu to resist arrest on October 25 at Ayi Mensah during a demonstration by residents over bad roads within the constituency.
A reliable source closed to the Madina MP indicates that the police guard was denied the hard copy of the letter of interdiction but was only read to him.
The police is in possession of Inspector Agbavor’s uniform, the police authority badge, his identity card and other police service properties.
According to a press release dated 31th October 2021 by the Ghana police Service, A new police guard will be assigned to the MP for Madina in due time.
