Two men have been captured on CCTV camera attacking a woman in a broad daylight robbery for her belongings at Adentan SSNIT FLAT.
In a video going round of social media posted by TV3’s presenter, Giovani Caleb on Sunday, March 20, 2022, on his twitter handle, it saw a man wearing an orange top over a pair of jeans trousers chasing a woman and assaulting her with an unidentified weapon.
The woman who then looked frightened threw her handbag on to the street where the armed man then went for it, jumped back onto the motorcycle and the two drove away.
Meanwhile, an additional information by Giovanni indicates that a taxi driver who came to chance on the incident according to him couldn’t help the woman because the robbers were with a gun and also because of his passengers (a nursing mother and 2 kids).
The Ghana Police Service is however yet to comment on the incident.
