The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has informed the general public, particularly Ghanaian citizens in Ukraine, to take note of the following contact details of persons who are on standby to assist them cross the respective borders.
In a press statement to all media houses on Saturday, February 26, 2022, those traveling from neighbouring countries like: Slovakia, can contact Mr. James Arthur (+42190325202), those from Hungary: Mr. Gabriel Asante (+36202519087) and Mr. Boldizsar Peter Entz (+361309403421/+36609403421), Romania: Mr. Marin Stance(+40728844514/+40213351190) and Mr. Philip Bobie Ansah ( NUGS Ukraine President -(+380638040428), and lastly, those from Poland: Mr. Samuel Asante Amofa (+48574184309).
Meanwhile, the Ministry has advised the general public to be careful of any unscrupulous persons posing to be disignated officials for the evacuation exercise.
They have therefore promised the general public to also keep them abreast of any new development regarding the evacuation exercise.
