The future of African Fashion

Natalia Dzidulali Attivor, the creative Director of the Ghanaian Fashion Brand Eledzine is on the Journey of becoming one of Africa’s best designers.

The 30 under 30 women awards winner is one of the young Ghanaian designers who has made her way through to the international fashion stage. Natalia Attivor has a medical background prior to fashion and her hard work is highly admirable. After graduating from fashion school with the most creative and most outstanding designer awards, she has been working with total dedication and determination to rise in her career.

Speaking to her in an interview, she revealed how a setback in her final year of university moved her to pursue her growing passion for fashion at the time. Her first collection called “The Divine Reminiscence” was inspired by the love and bond she has shared with her mother and family from when she was born. She said, she took her inspiration from the clothes worn by her mother from the early 90s.

As indicated, the “Eledzine” brand has dressed the Mulitiple Award winning British- Hollywood Actress Michaela Coel Twice. 1st for the 2021 Hollywood Screen Actors guild Awards and the Cover of the 2021 Variety Magazine “Power of Women” issue…..

Background

Michaela Coel has recently made history as the first black woman to Win an Emmys Awards for a limited series writing. Friends and family took to the internet to celebrate Natalia for dressing an icon.
She is yet to release other iconic projects she’s been working on.

Her designs are inspired by vibrant hues of the 80s with a fusion of African and Western inspiration.

To crown her efforts, she won an award for Fashion Personality at the recently held 30 under 30 women awards.
She also has 3 nominations from Ghana Outstanding Women Awards for the Outstanding Woman Fashion Designer, Woman in Health and Outstanding Woman in social community for her service to humanity through the One-day Foundation founded by her.

She believes she attained all these within a short period as a result of her strong belief in God and His grace which goes before her.

Natalia Attivor is also a Nominee for the Prestigious 40 under 40 awards Ghana. She urges the general public to vote for her massively and contribute to her success by patronizing her business.
