The recent Madina Business Forum, a collaborative effort between the Mother of All Nations Foundation and the Madina Festival organizing team, has stirred excitement and optimism among local businesses and budding entrepreneurs. Held as part of the Madina Festival, the forum aimed to engage, educate, and empower local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Distinguished personalities, including Mr. Ali Zuladain, General Manager of Benab Oil and Baina Television; Rabiu Maude, a prominent forex trader and real estate developer known as the Zongo Youth President; Yakubu Alfa Suleiman, Founder Ghana journalism for peace and security; and Dr. Nasiba Taahir Swallah, a board member of the Mother of All Nations Foundation and many others graced the forum with their presence.
The highlight of the event was a panel discussion moderated by Ishaq Abubakar Zico Newton, Executive Director of the Mother of All Nations Foundation and a key member of the Madina Festival organizing team. The panel addressed critical issues related to entrepreneurship, economic growth, and community development in Madina and Ghana as a whole.
Yakubu Alfa Suleiman emphasized the importance of Madina businesses supporting initiatives like the Madina Business Forum, stating, “Corporate Ghana in Madina should support this initiative because it has the potential to substantially benefit our people and businesses. This will have a direct impact on the prosperity and development of our community.”
Rabiu Maude, the Zongo Youth President, proposed that the Madina Business Forum model be replicated in other inner-city communities across the nation. He believes that such initiatives could alleviate destitution and stimulate economic growth in underserved areas.

Hajia Sauda Mohammed, CEO of Hajia Sauda Restaurants, and Mr. Elikem, Relationship Officer at GT Bank Madina Branch, contributed their valuable perspectives.
