In a bid to foster a culture of learning and enhance educational opportunities for children, Ibrahim Abdul Razak Cisse, the Assembly Member for Madina West Electoral Area, has initiated a commendable effort to stock libraries within schools, both private and public, across his electoral area. The latest stride in this endeavor has been the generous donation of books to the Mother of All Nations Academy.
Recognizing the pivotal role that access to books plays in nurturing young minds, Mr. Cisse’s initiative aims to enrich the learning experience of students within the Madina West community.
To achieve this fete, he reached out to various non-governmental organizations (NGOs), seeking support in the form of book donations. The response has been heartening, with several NGOs contributing to this worthy cause.
Mr. Cisse’s dedication to education and community development is evident in his efforts to enrich the academic landscape of the Madina West Electoral Area.
By creating opportunities for young learners to engage with books, he is playing a pivotal role in shaping the future generation’s intellectual and personal growth.
Receiving the books on behalf of Mother of all Nations Academy, Mr Diamond Freeman Mikado, the Programs Manager at Mother of all Nations Foundation thanked the Assembly Member and his team for their kind gesture and made an appeal for more attention to be paid by both local government and private entities within the community to support all thriving schools within the community.
He said, “The donated books would go a long way to improve both teaching and learning in our academic circle”.
Some other schools that have also benefited from this donation include Bethany Home Academy, Oxford International school, Fridaus International School, Gina International School, among others.
