Ghana’s coach Milovan Rajevac has been sacked today due to the shambolic performance displayed in Cameroon in the ongoing AFCON.
He has been sacked following the decision taken at a meeting held between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ghana Football Association in the aftermath of Ghana’s early exit from the 2021 AFCON last week.
Coach Milo’s return to manage the Black Stars after sacking C.K Akonnor has produced a very disappointing result as Ghana pulled just a point in three matches finishing bottom of Group C.
The Sports Ministry summoned the GFA to a meeting on Friday January 21, 2022 in which the country’s football governing body was directed to review the coach’s position because the “people of Ghana have lost confidence in the technical team’s ability to deliver success”.
The Serbian trainer has been sacked by the GFA after failure to deliver success for the nation.
